Christina’s Organic Chocolate Balls

Now, most of us here in Heartwood have experienced these treats Christina whips up to keep us all healthy, and these are our favorite. Christina made these while we traveled, and here’s her recipe …

Note: Pecans should be soaked and dehydrated if possible – Almonds should also be soaked.

In your VitaMixer, turn these into a nut-powder consistency

1 Cup Pecans

1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds

1/3 Cup Almonds

Grab a bowl, and put the nut powder in, then add and mix by hand:

1/4 Cup Raw Organic Cocoa Powder

2 Tbsp. Organic Maca Powder

5 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

1/4 Tsp. Vanilla

1 1/2 Organic Raw Cocoa Nibs

1/4 Tbsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Xylitol

10 Drops Stevia

1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Oil

Mix it until it’s sticky and add 2 tbsp. Organic Chia Seeds and hand form balls. You can stick a Goji Berry in each one for color and a yummy extra.

Stick in the fridge or you can freeze them. Energy!!! a wonderful Boost! Drop your chocolate bars, and try these!
